9:30 am – 6:15 pm every day except Mondays.

The ticket desk closes at 5:30 pm. Staff ask visitors to make their way to the exit at 5:45 pm.

Late-night opening is on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from 6:15 pm. to 9:00 pm (the ticket desk closes at 8:30 pm). 
 

The "frigidarium" is not accessible to the public when temporary exhibitions are being set up and taken down.

For safety reasons, the historic Abbots' garden is closed to the public until further notice.

All of the visitor route and the spaces used for temporary exhibitions are accessible to visitors in wheelchairs by means of lifts and platform lifts. Accessible toilets for people with reduced mobility are located near the reception building and at the start of the visit.

The museum provides folding seats and wheelchairs for visitors who get tired quickly. The loan may be requested at the bag check in exchange for proof of identity. Seating is provided throughout the visitor route.

Individual and group cloakroom facilities are available to visitors free of charge, subject to capacity. 

In accordance with the Vigipirate security plan, suitcases, weekend bags and rucksacks are not permitted in the museum. Large umbrellas must be left at the museum entrance.
