Before your visit
During periods of extreme heat, opening hours may be exceptionally adjusted, and the museum may close earlier than scheduled. We recommend checking our practical information before your visit to help you plan your trip.
Booking is recommended but not required. You can purchase your admission ticket online or at the museum reception on the day of your visit.

Join a guided tour
Throughout the summer, our guides invite you to discover the museum's collections from a fresh perspective. Enjoy a moment of discovery on your own, with family or with friends.
Join the guided tour "The Lady and the unicorn and other masterpieces" to explore ten centuries of medieval art through the museum's most iconic works. To travel even further back in time, don't miss "The gallo-roman baths a guided tour that takes you through the ancient Roman baths of Lutetia and their underground galleries.
Families can choose from several guided tours specially designed for children (onlyin French).
