For everyone

Event
Explore our permanent collections and the "Unicorns!" exhibition at your own pace, while enjoying vocal interludes

At regular intervals, vocal interludes of medieval music will punctuate your visit to the museum. Singers from the Master’s in Early Music Performance (MIMA) at Sorbonne University offer a musical counterpoint to the medieval collections. Plainchant, as well as secular and sacred music from the 10th to the 15th century, will resonate throughout the museum’s galleries.

The Master’s degree in Early Music Performance, specializing in medieval music, provides professional training for musicians who wish to complement their performance skills with high-level education combining research and practice. This program is conducted within Sorbonne University and in partnership with specialized institutions such as the CNSMD of Paris.

Under the direction of Olga Roudakova and Esther Labourdette.

Please note that due to the high attendance expected during the evening, bulky items (bags, luggage, helmets, bicycle batteries, scooters, strollers, etc.) will not be permitted.
