Loans and deposits

Every year, our works are brought into dialog with those from other museums in France and around the world for temporary exhibitions.

During the renovation works at the museum, the Musée du Louvre is hosting part of our collection of decorative art and sculptures in its galleries.
Several pieces, including the “Scenes of the life of Lérian et Lauréolle” series of tapestries (CI. 22742 and Cl.23445) are also on loan to the Musée National de la Renaissance until 2020.

The Catalogue des désirs

The Musée de Cluny is part of the Culture près de chez vous (Culture near you) plan initiated by the Ministry of Culture.
This plan seeks to help major works be circulated around the entire country through partnerships between national and regional museums.
