A knight in blue-grey armour is kneeling, hands folded, eyes lifted to the left. His coat of arms is before him. His arms indicate that this knight is a member of the Fleckenstein family of Alsace, whose castle was located in the Wissembourg arrondissement, in the north of Alsace.
